We use specialized insulated packaging and cold packs for all perishable goods, such as cheeses and cured meats. Depending on your location, we may also limit shipping days to Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend transit delays.

What are your shipping rates and delivery times?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days, with standard delivery typically taking 3-5 business days.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Piccolo's Gastronomia Italiana ships exclusively within the United States to ensure all food products arrive within their optimal quality window.

What is your return policy for food products?

Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on food items. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an error, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.

Are your products authentic imports from Italy?

Yes, we pride ourselves on sourcing the majority of our inventory directly from artisanal producers across Italy, ensuring you receive authentic DOP and IGP certified products.

Can I include a personalized gift message with my order?

Absolutely. During the checkout process, you will find an option to include a custom gift message which we will print on a premium card and include inside the package.
